All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

• Written approval of artwork (where applicable).
• Confirmation from Luxury Packaging UK.
• Receipt of payment or agreed deposit, where required.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of your order.

6. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, dimensions, colours, spelling, and product specifications before production begins.

Luxury Packaging UK is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.

7. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on order complexity, material availability, courier performance, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery dates but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

8. Shipping

Shipping is carried out using trusted courier services.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• The product is defective.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The delivered product differs significantly from the approved order.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, together with supporting photographs.
